this command is

The ip route profile command helps the network manage to monitor and record all changes in routing table.
Such as the time of route flapping, network failure, or network restoration.
To enable IP routing table statistics collection, use the ip route profile command in global configuration mode. To disable collection of routing table statistics, use the no form of the command.

The first things you should know that the ip route profile examines the routing table every five seconds and logs the changes in the form of five award categories as described in the previous example
Change / interval: the number of changes that have occurred
Forward-Path Change: Number of changes in the forwarding path. This value represents the accumulation of Prefix add, Nexthop change, and Pathcount change.
Prefix-Add: A new prefix was added to the routing table.
Next-Hop Change: A prefix is not added or removed, but the next hop changes. This statistic is only seen with recursive routes that are installed in the routing table.
Prefix refresh: Indicates standard routing table maintenance. The forwarding behavior was not changed.

What will understand from number 41 in row Zero to analysis this value :
– first we must hit the number 41 * 5
This feature consider every 5 Sec to the Routing table. mean 3.5 Min
in our Exp there are no Change in the Routing table last 3.5 min
so the numbers in the first row is very normal So what that mean ?
Mean in Last 3.5 min no change has occurred on the network.
change has occurred on the network in (2 * 5) last 10 Seconds (possible occur on the Network)
look closely at the number thirty will note that there are change has occurred from 30 to 54 Through five seconds in each of the column III and V
and this thing of course dangerous
because such a large number of changes in five seconds tells us
There might be problem with your network and most famous of these problems is Routing loop
